Adega Mondelo was founded in 1996, in the little village called Bendollo, as a result of wanting to produce wines for family comsumption in a tradicional way following the long established knowledge of vintners.

Currently, the excellent maintenance of our vines in our vineyard, the ideal weather conditions of the "Ribeira Sacra" and our superior wine cellars equipped with latest technologies and supervised by expert connoisseurs have created a variety of supreme quality wines.

The Mediterranean like weather of the Ribeira Sacra and the influence of the Sil River in our valley, promotes the growth of our exceptional quality of grapes like the black grape Mencía with a light coloured pulp but a dark coloured skin and a taste of red fruits; and the white Godello with a remarkable taste of apple.
